Follow these step-by-step instructions on how to order rental furniture online with Fashion Furniture Rental. In the first step, you be asked to choose between our Furniture Collections and Complete Home Packages. The column on the left lists the instructions for our Furniture Collections, while the column on the right lists the instructions for our Complete Home Packages. Choose either our Furniture Collections or our Complete Home Packages:
By selecting our Furniture Collections option, you like to start with our base furniture collections, which include a coordinated Living Room, Dining Room and Bedroom. Then, you have the option of customizing your order with our wide selection of electronics, housewares, additional bedrooms, patios, and much more to create your own personal space.
Select Your Lease Term:
On the Intro Page of the Furniture Collections, you will find information regarding our coordinated collections, including their contents and a brief "what's to come." At the bottom of the page, you will be asked to select your rental term. Select the lease length that works best for you.
Usually this term is equal to the lease term of your temporary home (i.e. your apartment lease). If you need furniture rental for a specified time not listed, like 5 months for example, choose the 3 month lease term option. After the contracted lease term has been fulfilled, your furniture rental lease will be billed on a month-to-month basis at your original rental rate.
Select Furniture Collection:
On the Package Selection Page all of our designer-coordinated Furniture Collections will be displayed. They are listed in "Good" to "Best" order, with the most economical collections presented first.
Click on an image to view larger images of the rooms associated with the Furniture Collection. In the pop up, click on the larger image to see it blown up even larger. Once you have decided which Furniture Collection you prefer, check the "SELECT" box in the bottom right hand side of the image and click "Next."
Customize Your Order:
The Customize Page is our favorite page of the entire website. This page allows you to be as creative as you want, adding new comforts to your package and swapping items in your package for others, all while having your monthly total update at the top right.
This page is divided into three sections: Rooms and items that are included in your package, rooms and items that have been added to your package, and rooms and items that you can add to your package.
The top section of the page contains the rooms and items that are included in your package. These rooms and items cannot be removed from your package, but you have the option to switch them for like rooms and items that you prefer, by selecting the "Change" button below their image.
The middle section of the "Customize Page" contains items you have added to your order. They differ from items in your "package" because they are not only priced separately, but they can also be completely removed from your order, while items that are built into a package cannot. This section is typically empty when you first reach this page, but click on the below categories to start filling them up.
The last section of this page includes a list of categories of options from which you have to choose. Click on the icons to view the various Add-Ons & Upgrades. Select the items that meet your style and budget and click submit.
When your order looks complete, click the "Next Button."

Select Your Style of Furniture:
On the Package Selection Page of the Complete Home Packages (after the Intro Page), you will be asked to select a package and answer a few questions that will help us create a rental solution that's just right for you.
The four packages you see are displayed in a "Good, Better, Best" format, with packages on the left being more economical than packages on the right. Choose one based on your style preference and budget. On the next page you will see your total and monthly savings, and be given the option to modify your selections.
Select Your Lease Term:
Next, you will be asked to Select your lease term. Usually this term is equal to the lease term of your temporary home (i.e. your apartment lease). Select Your Number of Bedrooms:
Next, select the number of bedrooms you will need furnished with our bedroom furnishings. All Complete Home Packages and Furniture Collections come with one bedroom, so please let us know if there are any other bedrooms you will require.
In addition, please let us know by selecting "Yes" or "No" whether you will require a Home Office or Patio Set. Our Home Offices include a writing desk, desk chair and desk lamp. Our Patio Sets include two chairs and a table.
Click "Next" to view your Complete Home Package.
Review Your Package:
On the Review Order page, you will find the package that was created via your selections. Your monthly total will be at the top right, signifying your monthly payment total for the furniture displayed on the screen. Your monthly savings will also display, showing you exactly how much you will be saving per month due to the Complete Home Savings.
If everything looks good, then click "Next" to confirm your order and check out. If there are some things you'd like to change or add, click "Customize" to personalize your order more. Please go to Step #4 on the Furniture Collections instructions column to learn more about customizing your order.
Confirm Your Order:
You're Almost Done! All you have to do is review your order to ensure that everything you want is in your cart. If something's not as it should be, click the "Customize" button and return to Step Four listed in the Furniture Collections column.
At the bottom right, you can enter a coupon code and click "Update" to redeem a promotional coupon.
At the bottom, you will see your cart totals and other line items which are explained below. Next to each line item there is a "[?]" which you can click on for more information.
Sub-Total: This number signifies the price of each individual product/item in your cart (before your Complete Home Package Savings).
Complete Home Savings: This savings, only applicable to customers who order a Complete Home Package, is an additional 15% OFF our already discounted package pricing. By going this route, you can save over a thousand dollars over an entire lease term.
Customer Protection Program: This is Fashion's Damage Waiver equal to 10% of your monthly rental rate. It defaults to an "On/Accept" position, however, by clicking "Decline" it will remove a value from your total.
Your Total Monthly Rental Rate: This is the amount you are agreeing to pay each month per the Terms and Conditions.
Transportation Fee: The one-time fee for Delivery, Installation and Full Pick-Up.
Your Initial Payment Due: The amount shown here is your first payment due.
When everything looks good to go, click "Next" to enter your Billing and Delivery information.
Enter Billing and Delivery Information:
This page serves as our online application page, therefore requires a fair amount of information. It is a secure, 128-bit encrypted page, so rest assured that your personal information is safe. If you feel at all uneasy about entering this information, please call our Customer Care Department. They will send you an application that can be filled out and faxed back to us. They can be reached at (800) 235-9030 or customercare@fashionfurniture.com. Enter all the required information and click "Submit." We will receive your order and call to confirm receipt and delivery information.
