We're pretty sure that less than 1% of the population enjoys moving furniture. We're so confident in this fact that we've hired the most courteous and professional driver teams currently on the roads of Northern California so that you don't have to move a lamp. We insist that you let us lug your sofa up a flight of stairs, into a tiny elevator, down a long narrow hallway and through your front door.

As mentioned above, let us lug a complete home's worth of furniture up from our moving trucks, up stairs, through hallways and doorways and into your home. Makes you sweat just thinking about it, doesn't it? Well, our job is still not finished at this point. We won't pack up our dollies and put our truck in drive until your furniture, electronics and housewares have been arranged, set up and installed.
Fashion Furniture Rental's detail-oriented delivery teams are trained to neatly unwrap and arrange your furniture, plug-in and test all of your electronics and appliances, and then clean up any and all moving paper and plastic. Ordering housewares? Our team will make your beds, hang your towels and stock your kitchen drawers and utility closet.
And the best part about it is that you don't even have to be home! Leave us Permission to Enter with your apartment community's leasing office and come home after we're all done.
When you're temporary living situation has come to an end and you no longer need rental furniture, just give us a call and we'll send one of our teams to come pick up the rented items. Fifteen (15) business days prior to your expected move out, call or email our Pick Ups Department and let us know what day you'd like us to perform the pick up. We usually tell our clients to give us a heads up when they are giving their 30-day notice to the apartment community they are staying at.
If your stay is a bit more tentative and you don't have 15 days notice to give, it's okay. We can still still provide service, sometimes even next day service if our routes permit. However, there are charges associated with these types of short notice service requests. Please contact our Pick Ups Department for more information.

In order to keep your transportation fee low, we schedule our routes the day before in order to make them efficient as possible. We request that our customers call our Distribution Center form 6:00-9:00PM the night before their service (Friday for Monday Service) in order to obtain a 3-hour time frame. But, we know that this doesn't work for everyone.
If you need to request a specific time frame, please let us know when scheduling your delivery or pick up and we'll make it happen. Whether you need first stop, last stop or a Saturday stop, we can accommodate you. Please note in advance that there are additional charges associated with these requests as they interfere with our preferred, more-efficient route plans. A Customer Care Representative will walk you through your options when scheduling your service.
Fashion Furniture Rental knows that time is a rare commodity these days. That's why we work with you and your apartment community (if applicable) to perform a service request while you work, travel, hit the gym, etc. There's no need to wait around for our team when your leasing agent or other representative can allow us access to set up your entire home for you. When we're done, we lock up and drop off the key. You get to come home from your busy day to a fully-furnished home.
